When school is finally out for the year, the rodeo is in full swing at the Silver Spurs Arena at Osceola Heritage Park located at 1875 Silver Spur Lane in Kissimmee. This two-day event includes everything from saddle bronc riding and bareback riding to bull riding, tie-down roping, steer wrestling, team roping, and women’s barrel racing as well. These traditional events are paired up with fun acts throughout, including a rodeo clown, the Junior Silver Spurs Quadrille Team, and junior bull riders and barrel racers putting their skills to the test. The Silver Spurs Rodeo is sponsored in part by Experience Kissimmee Florida in tandem with Bank Florida, Wild Florida, Ram, Pro Rodeo, Cowboy Channel, Trace, Reich, Orlando Health, and AT Travel Center, to name a few of many. The fun starts each evening of the event at 7:30 pm and combo tickets for both days range from $20 per person to $60 per person depending on seating options selected at the arena. The Silver Spurs Rodeo is a Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association-sanctioned event which means only PRCA card or permit-holding photographers and credentialed media photographers may shoot photos on the rodeo grounds with a professional lens. Tickets are non-refundable and will be emailed to attendees after purchase.
