What happens next?
We handle the rest after you submit your referral, you don’t have to do anything. We’ll schedule a meeting with the prospective owner to determine whether they’re a good fit for our full-service property management company.
If your contact decides to begin working with us, we will enroll them as a Casiola vacation homeowner. We’ll get their listing on casiola.com and third-party booking sites like Airbnb, Vrbo, and Expedia, and they’ll be hosting their first Casiola guests very soon!
Payment for referrals for each property is paid after the vacation rental is made available for booking on the Casiola website. Before any payment is released for a signed referral, Casiola will request that you submit a complete W9 and an ACH payment authorization form.
