Hi , Casiola is excited to welcome you to the Margaritaville Resort Orlando.
Because you booked directly through Casiola (and not through the official Margaritaville Resort Orlando Hotel Operator or Rental Agent), there are some restrictions you have to acknowledge and agree with before your arrival:

I acknowledge and agree that I will not have access to Club amenities which includes; Fins Up Beach Club Pools (Fins Left, Fins Right, License to Chill), the Salty Rim Grill, and the Fitness Center.

I acknowledge and agree that I did not rent through the Hotel Operator or an approved Rental Agent.

I acknowledge and agree that neither the Hotel Parcel Owner, Club Parcel Owner, nor the Hotel Operator can provide service to my room.

I acknowledge and agree that neither the Hotel Parcel Owner, Club Parcel Owner, nor Hotel Operator can confirm that the furnishings, linens, or condition of the Expansion Parcel or Condominium unit, as applicable, are to Interior Improvements Standard.

I agree that I have received the contact information for my greeter, housekeeping, maintenance service, etc. to utilize as needed during my stay.

I acknowledge that neither the Hotel Parcel Owner, Club Parcel Owner, nor Hotel Operator has the discretion to authorize an extension of a stay and/or a credit or refund of any sums paid by me.
