It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas: celebrate the holidays at Universal Studios

News, Universal Studio's Orlando, What's going on in Orlando?
While they may not ever get any real snow, Universal Studios transforms into an incredible winter wonderland come December. If you’re lucky enough to have a trip to one of the Universal Studios parks this month, don’t miss these festive holiday events and activities.

From Nov. 16 through Jan. 5, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley take on the wonder and magic of Christmas. The streets are lined with festive decor, incredible lighting and special holiday shows by Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees and the Frog Choir. The shops will have holiday treats and drinks, as well as tons of great Christmas gifts.

Line Main Street for a front-row view of Universal’s Holiday Parade. The fun and festive fete features characters from Madagascar and Shrek, as well as the man of the hour, Santa Claus.

Get into the holiday spirit at the live performances by Mannheim Steamroller, performing certain Saturdays and Sundays. These electric performances will have you dancing in your seats to some of your favorite holiday tunes with a cool spin.

Don’t miss the live retelling of Dr. Seuss’s classic Christmas story during the Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular. After the show, you’ll get to meet The Grinch himself for an autograph and photo. And keep an eye out in Suess Landing for your other favorite Whoville characters.

The party goes right from 2019 into 2020 at Universal CityWalk’s EVE celebration. Stroll the streets of Universal Studio’s CityWalk, dining on incredible foods and indulging in yummy cocktails. The five CityWalk clubs each has their own live bands and DJs, so you can party hop from spot to spot. Or, head right for center stage, where DJ M-Squared keeps you dancing all night.
