Casiola vacation homes are well kept throughout the year by our housekeeping department, but with high occupancy and a lot of guests checking in and out of your vacation homes, a regular deep clean is more than necessary.
What’s included in a deep clean?
Our yearly deep cleans include cleaning on top, under, behind, and on the sides of essentially every item in the home. All appliances are pulled out, tops of the kitchen cabinets are cleaned, furniture is moved, all doors, baseboards and blinds are wiped down, beds are taken apart to be vacuumed under, etc.
Deep cleaning is different from regular cleaning because it reaches the deep grime and dirt in the home. It covers areas that aren’t traditionally covered by a regular clean for example: behind kitchen appliances like the washing machine and oven, cutting through the grime that builds up.
The yearly deep clean is mandatory for all homes that are more than 6 months old.
Owners will see twice the amount of the regular cleaning charge on their statement for this service.
