Clearwater Beach is gearing up to host the Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival from April 11 to 27, 2025, marking its eleventh year with the exciting theme, “DinoShores: A Prehistoric Adventure in Sand.” This annual festival transforms Clearwater’s renowned sugar sands into a mesmerizing display of art and entertainment, attracting visitors from around the globe.

- Sugar Sand Walk Exhibit: Spanning an impressive 24,000 square feet, this exhibit showcases intricate sand sculptures crafted by world-class artists. This year introduces an augmented-reality experience, bringing these sandy masterpieces to life through interactive imagery.
- Live Entertainment: Attendees can enjoy daily concerts, street performers, and various entertainment acts suitable for all ages, enhancing the festive atmosphere.
- Sand Sculpting Classes: Festival partner Tampa Bay Sandsculpting Co. offers free classes, allowing visitors to learn the art of sand sculpting from professionals.
Ticket Information
- General Admission: $14 per person (plus tax); children aged 3 and under enter free.
- Discounted Tickets: Available for military personnel, police officers, firefighters, teachers, and healthcare workers at $10 each during “Beachside Hospitality ‘Frontline Fridays’” on April 11, 18, and 25, 2025. These tickets are obtainable at the gate with proper identification.
