Founded in 2014 by Dennis Goedheid, an entrepreneur with a vision, Casiola started as a modest venture in Orlando, Florida. The goal? To create a haven for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury. Little did Dennis know that his passion project would evolve into something extraordinary.
“I wanted to start a vacation rental company to be relaxed and have a drink by the pool while guests were enjoying themselves.” Dennis reflects. “But the success we achieved pushed me to do better than ever.”
And better they did. Casiola’s commitment to excellence, personalized service, and attention to detail propelled them forward. Today, they manage over 350 properties in Orlando, Aruba and Miami ensuring that each guest enjoys a seamless stay while homeowners benefit from hassle-free management.
