Chef Michael Beltran’s acclaimed Coconut Grove eatery Ariete has a great festive menu for Thanksgiving, including an appetizer of roasted chicken breast, foie gras, and green apple terrine with celery root mousse, entree options include cauliflower soup with truffles, duck confit ravioli served with white sweet potato puree and poached pear, and grilled filet mignon on a crispy polenta cake.

Isabelle’s Grill Room and Garden is named after Isabella Peacock, who was one of The Grove’s first settlers. Located at The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove. They’re serving a 4-course Thanksgiving dinner, complete with live music and a complimentary glass of bubbly. Seatings are available from 2 PM to 5 PM and 6 PM to 9 PM for $125 per adult and $49 per kid (ages 5 to 12).

The menu’s first course is w Apple & Butternut Squash Soup with spiced chantilly and roasted macadamia, followed by Red & Green Endive topped with pomegranate, kumquats, pear, Roquefort, candied pecans, and Champagne vinaigrette.

Signature Brined Roasted Turkey served with Yukon and celery root puree, chestnut, leek, and apple stuffing, dijon roasted baby vegetables, citrus cranberry confit, sage, and turkey jus, or the vegetarian option of Roasted Acorn Squash with pecan rice pilaf, roasted baby vegetables, cranberry confit, and vegetable demi-glace are main course options.

The festive meal will finish on a sweet note with Pumpkin Praline Tart complemented by creme fraiche, cinnamon streusel, pecan tuile, and candied cranberry.

Toro Toro, chef/restaurateur Richard Sandoval’s famed Pan-Latin steakhouse within the InterContinental Miami, will celebrate the season with a Thanksgiving dinner including festive culinary delights and live entertainment on Thursday, November 24 from 12 PM to 11 PM. During this special event, guests can enjoy an array of seasonal a la carte dishes including Toro Toro favorites and vegetarian specialties.

Start your Thanksgiving feast with Roasted Butternut Squash & Kale Salad ($22), which includes dried cranberries, figs, Bulgarian feta, pumpkin spice, pepitas, and walnut dressing; Crispy Cauliflower ($21), which includes carrot-pumpkin purée, cashew aioli, and chopped walnuts; and Confit Turkey Empanadas ($24), which includes cornbread stuffing, Mezcal gravy, and cranberry-chili sauce.

Entree highlights include Roasted Turkey Roulade ($42) with creamy mashed potato purée, cranberry gel, roasted heirloom carrots, turnips, and Mezcal gravy; Wagyu Calotte De Boeuf ($95)with tri-colored roasted potatoes, charred shallots, plantain chip crumble, and guajillo bordelaise; Aji Amarillo Honey Glazed Sea Bass with spaghetti squash, pumpkin foam, and crispy burdock root; and Stuffed Baby Pumpkins ($38) loaded with farro, black lentils, pomegranate, crispy couscous, and smoked pumpkin sauce.

Toro Toro is serving Apple Mil Hojas ($16) with baked fuji apple, chantilly-vanilla ice cream, cranberry-citrus streusel, and caramel sauce; Pumpkin Churros ($16) with dulce de leche Grandma’s chocolate sauce; and Goat Cheese Cheesecake ($18) with spiced honey figs as part of their Thanksgiving dinner.
