This holly jolly event returns on select nights from November 8 through December 22, 2022, but if you’re planning on visiting during Thanksgiving week or Christmas week, be aware that certain days will have shorter hours or even close early. 2. Christmas in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando™

If you’re a Harry Potter lover, you won’t want to miss this event! Hogwarts Castle is transformed by projection mapping into a breathtaking nightly extravaganza named The Magic of Christmas at Hogwarts.” There’s certainly plenty to keep you amused during the day, simply visit Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley in Universal Orlando™ during this most delightful time of year.

It’s a musical spectacle with amazing effects and projections that make it even more wonderful than before! There are also various meet-and-greet chances with Harry Potter characters across both lands, as well as food and beverage options available from a variety of shops around Hogsmeade Village Marketplace. Don’t forget to bring your camera since there are plenty of photo opportunities.

3. Seas of Trees at SeaWorld® Orlando

If you’re looking for something a little different, SeaWorld® Orlando has an incredible display that’s sure to delight the whole family. The Seas of Trees is one of the best places to see Christmas lights in Orlando! Walk along a beautifully decorated seaside village, bursting with lights after the sun goes down. Featuring animated characters like Frosty the Snowman and more! 100 trees covered in thousands of lights will illuminate your walk through this magical landscape, making it one of our favorite ways to experience Christmas in Florida.

4. Grinchmas at Universal’s Island of Adventure™

You can also see the Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular, an all-new show that brings Dr. Seuss’s classic characters to life. The show features fun music and dance numbers, as well as interactive elements like a candy cane tree prop where you can join in with your favorite characters. The Grinch meets guests daily at 2:00 pm, 4:00 pm, and 6:00 pm in Seuss Landing with photos available to purchase after the meeting if you want a memento of your encounter with the famous character!

5. Sunset Seasons Greetings at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Sunset Seasons Greetings is a new holiday experience at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Returning for its second year, Sunset Boulevard in Disney’s Hollywood Studios becomes a winter wonderland with sparkling trees, shimmering snowflakes, and exploding fireworks lighting up the sky from atop the iconic Chinese Theater at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This seasonal show uses projection mapping, lasers, and lighting to bring the park back to life each night. Watch as the Hollywood Tower Hotel magically transforms with impressive projections and special effects including colorful laser effects and falling “snow” alternating with the Beacon of Magic.
